I’m Jacqueline — a native German speaker with nearly five years’ experience teaching children and adults across London, including at the German Saturday School Islington. Having raised two bilingual children myself, I understand what it takes to keep German alive in an English-speaking household.
I have a creative background and lived and worked in Germany for 27 years before moving to England. So I’ve been in your shoes — learning a language alongside a busy job, fumbling for the right word, slowly getting better. I know what that feels like, and how much difference a patient conversation partner makes.
I’m patient, and I focus on building confidence, speaking fluency, and making grammar rules memorable. I’d love to help you achieve your next goal.
